This report is for the Commercial Broker to help them determine if there are any “deal killers” in their client’s lease. The Lease Doctor will identify the key issues, provide an abstract of all the major lease terms as it relates to the sale of the business and will provide recommendations on how to deal with problem issues. Also included with this service is a free telephone consultation with the Lease Doctor. This service is ideal for potential new leases or those soon to expire and will enable the business owner or buyer to identify and address future lease obstacles that could kill a deal, after the Broker has invested many hours getting to a dead end.
